RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items that are in stock (Leisurewear, gymwear, Zwingos etc) are delivery via DHL at a flat rate of £6.99 per order unless the order is over £75 whereby we offer free shipping. Items will be shipped same day provided your order is made before 2pm and we have sufficient stock of the item.
We aim to turn personalised items such as teamwear around within 14 working days, however some bespoke items may take up to 28 working days at busy times (February, March, April). We aim to display any expected delays to delivery of teamwear items on the product page at the point of ordering. The cost of delivery is as per the above.
We offer a collect from club service to teams/clubs local to HX4 which is free of charge.
1.1 You have the right to cancel a purchase of goods made through the website after you have
placed the order in accordance with the conditions below
1.1.1 Where GB Total Solutions Ltd provides you the written information at or before the delivery
of the goods. You have 14 working days to cancel purchase
1.1.2 Where GB Total Solutions Ltd does not provide you the written information at or before the
delivery of the goods. You have 14 working days from the day after the day on which you
received the written information.
1.1.3 Where GB Total Solutions Ltd does not provide you with the written information as set out
above. You have 3 months and 14 days from the day after the day you receive the goods
1.1.4 If you decide to cancel the purchase, you must notify GB Total Solutions Ltd by telephone on

you must return the goods in the original packaging with the original invoice enclosed. GB
Total Solutions Ltd suggests you use a form of recorded delivery requiring a signature. It is
your responsibility to choose the most appropriate means of return and you are responsible
for any damage or loss that occurs during this process.
1.1.5 In the event of a cancellation of an order you will receive a refund for the full amount from
GB Total Solutions Ltd within 10 working days. You are responsible for the full cost of
returning the goods upon cancellation of the order. If GB Total Solutions Ltd to make the
arrangements for the return of the cancelled goods, the cost of this process will be deducted
from any refund applicable. If you post the goods back and GB Total Solutions Ltd have to
make any payment on receipt of the returned goods. This amount will be deducted from the
